Our group is called 'Helping To Find Madeleine'. We have many members, all people who have contacted us stating their willingness to help in some way. In order to help you decide whether you'd like to join our group, allow us to tell you a bit about what we're doing.

We are in touch with the campaign manager, and our group works to compliment and work alongside that of the main campaign. The main aims of our campaign are to a) spread the word of Madeleines abduction, and publicize/advertise the fact in as many ways, in as many countries as we can, and b) to organise/co-ordinate events which serve to assist in increasing the fund by further publicizing Madeleine's abduction.

It has been shown that the chances of recovering a child are much higher if the profile of the campaign to find the child remains high on the media and public agenda....ie, in the minds of the public. One in six missing children are recovered from a member of the public recognising them from a poster. This is why we are continuing to assist the search for Madeleine in this manner.

Our group is sub divided into teams, each with a Team Leader. Each team works on a given task, e.g. the poster campaign, targeting specific countries , and other teams focus on special projects. We're not a support group, (although we ARE supportive!), and although we do have a group forum, it’s not a chat forum, it’s for group communication.
